Heredia is a city located in Heredia Province of Costa Rica. The city has various attractions and recreational areas. Museum of Marine Biology is one of most popular places of the city and vacationers should pay at least one visit. It is situated at the School of Marine Biology at the National University. It displays more than 1900 examples of both Costa Rican and international sea creatures and insects. The museum features numerous fishes, tropical birds and exotic reptiles. The museum is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and reopens after a lunch break from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Museum of Marine Biology is a great experience for adults and kids alike.
