Yoga retreat for women:

Samasati offers Yoga retreat for women once a year especially for those who want to stay healthy and enjoy life. Yoga classes held daily including other interesting learning sessions, excursions together at the jungle and the beach and also other simple rituals.

Yoga for Single Travelers:

It also offers Yoga retreat for single travelers. If any individual want to have enjoyable time in the pristine South Caribbean, he or she can join the resort for 7 days Yoga retreat. It will give the opportunity to experience a truly yogic-style vacation in the midst of the Rainforest as well as on the shores of the Caribbean. This retreat is open for all from beginners to advanced level yogis. One will not only enjoy the Yoga practice but also guided excursions an exploration of the unique nature of this tropical area together with fellow yoga travelers.

Partners Yoga:

Samasati offers Partner Yoga which is not only for the lovers but also can be practiced by any two or more who are interested to join friends, siblings, acquaintances, parents and kids. This retreat includes 6 night accommodation and meals, morning yoga and evening partners yoga, one massage each, Horseback Riding on the beach at Cahuita National Park, and one  Guided Waterfall Trekking.

Samasati retreat center also offers yoga teacher training, many types of tours like bird-watching tour, canopy tour, kayaking, surfing, white water rafting etc.

Accommodation:

This center has ten hand-crafted bungalows which are fully equipped. These bungalows have spacious verandas and lofts, ample living room space and private bathrooms. Classical Samasati Rooms are private rooms with a Queen, a Full, a King or with two Single beds, with a shared bathroom, verandas with amazing views. For the couples these rooms are really great.

There is ten Caribbean style cottages located into tropical gardens. These cottages have private bathroom and a spacious veranda overlooking the jungle and the sea.

Samasati open air restaurant is an exquisite hardwood structure with high ceilings and impressive sea view offers a wonderful array of delicious vegetarian food and fresh juices served buffet style.
