Marine Historical Museum of the City of Puntarenas Anna, February 25, 2013February 25, 2013 Marine Historical Museum of the City of Puntarenas presents the biodiversity of the province of Costa Rica. It features the natural resources, culture, tradition and even wildlife of the city. The museum is quite small and charming and gives an insight to the maritime history of the city. It portrays cultural, archaeological, Pre-Columbian artifacts as well as a set of skeletons superbly organized to welcome the guests! The collections are labelled in Spanish and English and there are various images, audiotapes and videos of the exhibition.
